Last Tour of Duty

[gallery]Farewell DinnerToday is our official last day of duty for our GSE program.  I can´t believe we have been here 4 weeks.  It has flown by so fast.  I can not find words to express the magnitude of this experience.  It has been phenomenal!!!

Yesterday we met to evaluate the program, to offer suggestions, feedback or constructive criticism.  I truly don´t have anything negative to say about this program.  At times, we had our ups/downs but nothing we could not have worked out at the time.  I am so fortunate to have a great team leader Sandi who kept us in line.  She is awesome.  My team members are wonderful ladies.  I can´t imagine being here without them.  Last night we had a farewell dinner and it was a surprise to see some of our friends and family from Tagunitina.  We had a wonderful time.

This morning we are heading to Rio…I can´t wait.  I have heard so much about it.  It has been a blessed experience for me.  I am so anxious to share my story with my family, friends and most of all the Rotarians.
